Meet the Founder

Rox Consult is founded and headed by Roxanne Bougsin Koffi. This brand is born from resilience, reinvention and a deep belief in the power of travel to transform perspectives.
Like many young Africans, Roxanne once believed opportunity existed somewhere else. She left Ghana in search of a better life abroad. Things did not unfold as she hoped. Instead, it became one of the most challenging chapters of her life, inspiring her return home to start all over again. That return became the beginning of something far greater. She began with a simple question:
“What if travel became a bridge for understanding rather than just a means to escape?”
That question became the foundation of Rox Consult.
Today our mission is to create experiences that project Africa's richness, encourage cultural exchange and leave every traveller with a deeper appreciation of the continent and its people.
